1. Website information

This website provides information about Xiaofu International and our partner network. It is for general information only and is not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, nor a binding offer.

2. Services and quotes

“From US$399” is an indicative service fee and excludes salary, employer taxes, statutory contributions, government fees and third-party costs.
Final pricing, scope, SLA and liability are set out in a formal quote and signed agreement.
FX, tax and regulatory changes may affect pricing; we will confirm in writing before any adjustment.

3. Visas and compliance

Visa, work permit and entity registration outcomes are decided by local authorities. We do not guarantee approval, and we do not provide unlicensed staffing or disguised employment arrangements.

4. Partner and client responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete and lawful company and employee information.
Comply with local employment, tax, data protection, sanctions and anti-money laundering laws.
Do not ask us to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or regulatory circumvention activity.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, brand and graphics on this website are owned by Zhejiang Pulaijiu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Xiaofu Online) or their respective owners. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Liability for services is governed by the signed agreement.

7. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are submitted to HKIAC arbitration under its rules, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
